This will help with injury prevention for runners and overall strength for runners! 💪 In this workout, I will guide you through a series of targeted exercises that strengthen key muscle groups, improve balance, and boost endurance. Whether you're training for a marathon or just looking to improve your daily runs, these exercises will help you run stronger and longer. This workout has 15 exercises with 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. There are 2 rounds in this workout.
