Healthy, easy, and delicious… what more could you ask for? ✨ 🌾🥞 Instant Ragi Dosa 🥣 Ingredients ½ cup Ragi flour ⅓ cup Rice flour + Semolina (Sooji) (mixed) 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (finely chopped) 8–10 Curry leaves 🌿 1 tbsp Grated ginger 1–2 Green chillies (finely chopped) 🌶️ To taste: Salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes Water – for a very runny batter Few drops Oil – for cooking --- 👩🍳 Method 1. In a bowl, add: Ragi flour + Rice flour + Semolina Jeera, coriander, curry leaves, green chillies & grated ginger Salt, black pepper & red chilli flakes 👉 Mix all the dry ingredients well 🥄 2. Now add water little by little and make a very runny batter (almost like buttermilk consistency) 💧 3. Rest the batter for 10 minutes ⏳ Semolina absorbs water, so after resting, add a little more water to maintain a thin, runny flow. --- 🍳 Cooking the Dosa 4. Heat a non-stick tawa on medium flame 🔥 Add a few drops of oil and spread it with a tissue. 5. Pour one ladle full of batter on the tawa. Don’t spread it — let it flow naturally so big holes appear (net-style dosa) 😍 6. Let it cook till the bottom turns golden brown & crispy 🤎 7. Flip it and cook the other side lightly. 8. Take it off and repeat for more dosas. --- 😋 Serving Suggestion Serve hot with: 💚 Green chutney 🥥 Coconut chutney (Or even sambar if you like!)
