Witch is a strong village role as it has the ability to kill a player, which allows them to prove themselves easily through their kill. If an evil tries to fake claim witch, the real witch can just kill them, right? Well... currently Witch is in the RRV slot (Witch tree should be RSV imo), theoretically there can be more than one witch in the same game. Therefore, usually if there are multiple witch claims, the witches will prove themselves by claiming their kill on someone else during the day and killing them at night. However, Witch can be nightmared at night, which will prevent them from killing and proving themselves. So an evil can always claim "nightmared" so that they don't have to prove their kill.
