Well, this was kind of ridiculous. I think this takes the crown for the new hardest section of the postgame, but it's still not as annoying as the Tao Trio gauntlet. As much as 12v6 fights are really rough, the amount to which you can optimize each turn makes them a very interesting challenge of planning to me, so I quite enjoy them! And this gauntlet in particular really shows the degree to which you can (and in this case, kind of have to) optimize each turn. The first fight's not too bad, but the second fight is really scary. Every move we made on the first 2 turns was necessary to ensure we could get up an 8 turn trick room, and from then on, each move pretty much has to be made perfectly, and not miss, all to ensure we make the most of each turn of trick room. If a single thing went wrong, it was basically over just like that. It was a really tough challenge, but it felt incredibly satisfying to pull off.
