Singhara Atta aloo paratha is a very simple and easy to prepare fasting recipes.It’s a very delicious and healthy recipe to make .It can be served with raita or vrat waali Aloo ki sabji or dhaniya chutney. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you like my videos do like and subscribe to my channel!!Really appreciate it!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ INGREDIENTS SInghara Atta-1 cup Boiled potatoes-3 Sendha Namak-1tsp Chopped green chilli-2 Roasted cumin powder-1tsp Oil-2tsp Chopped coriander leaves-2tsp PROCEDURE IN a bowl grate the boiled potatoes with a fine grater. Add singhara flour,coriander leaves,sendha Namak,oil,roasted cumin powder.Mix all the ingredients together. Knead a soft dough. Boiled potatoes have enough moisture for binding. I haven’t added any water,If your dough is dry ,sprinkle little water if required. If the dough is sticky add more singhada flour. Now start rolling Paratha.No need to rest the dough as it will start releasing moisture and rolling Parathas would be difficult. Take a small portion of dough,slightly bigger then the regular chapati and roll it. Thickness should be like a stuffed Paratha. Heat a tawa ,place the rolled Paratha,once it’s slightly cooked from one side flippant apply oil. Roast it till crispy and golden brown .
