A 180 kilometers long trek with 11.000 meters of vertical gain, while crossing 3 different countries in a full 6,5 days of hiking. That's basically what the TMB is summarized in numbers. I started in Les Houches and hiked trough Contamines, Courmayeur, La Fouly, Trient, Chamonix and much more towns. But of course those weren't the reasons I was there. The TMB takes you in a full circle around the Mont Blanc massif. Going up and down, leaving you to choose whether to take some (harder) variants or stick to the original routes. I'm happy to say, as far as I know, I took all the higher variants since they bring you to the most beautiful places and I can fully recommend you to do the same!
