This is a silent hiking documentary of the full Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) in October. 14 days alone through the Alps – via France, Italy, and Switzerland, 190 km and 12000 m of elevation gain. #silenthiking #tourdumontblanc Support my future films here: / trebushi Follow me on instagram for sporadical updates / andre.trebushi After finishing my PhD, I felt it was time for a different kind of challenge. In October 2024, I set off on a 14-day solo hike around the Mont Blanc massif. I mostly followed the classic Tour du Mont Blanc route, but made two deviations: one via Refuge de Plan Glacier and one via Cabane du Trient CAS. I carried everything I needed to be as self-sufficient as possible, wild camping whenever conditions allowed. The trail was almost empty — colder nights, golden forests, and endless moments of silence. This film is an attempt to capture what it felt like — moving through the mountains alone, without words. This is an ambient film without dialogue. If you enjoy quiet hiking films with ambient sound, consider subscribing. More trails soon.
