The EPA announced Major Diesel Emission Deregulation and I look at how this could effect Diesel engines moving forward. it seems like the EPA is targeting the future 2027 Emission protocols which looks to further reduce items like Nox gases and particulate matter. BUT I would suspect the current emission regulations to stay in place meaning that you technically are still required to run a full diesel emission set up on your trucks. 2024 GHG3 - https://www.epa.gov/regulations-emiss... 2022 Heavy duty vehicle standards - https://www.epa.gov/regulations-emiss... 2009 Endangerment Findings - https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/fil... What I don't think it going to happen is the removal of current diesel emission standards. I think the current diesel emission protocols are going to be sticking around and cutting off your emission hardware could still be troublesome for now. 00:00 - Intro 00:41 - The END of Emissions? 04:38 - Diesel Emission System EXPLAINED 08:46 - How Clean Are Current Diesel Engines? 10:07 - 2009 Endangerment Findings
