Bring to a boil. When it boils, pour the flour all at once and mix quickly, until it comes off the walls (like choux pastry) It will take some force to get the flour incorporated well! Turn off the stove and continue to knead the dough on a pastry board, knead it while still hot until it becomes smooth.
