Busy Week on the Homestead | World Ag Expo, Rabbits & Ranch Life

This is what a week looks like around here. We finished up a fence job for a client and headed straight into the next thing. Luree and I made time to get down to the World Ag Expo — always good to see what’s new in agriculture and run into good people. While we were gone, three of Rebecca’s rabbits had babies. That’s part of ranch life too. Sometimes they make it, sometimes they don’t. Luree did everything she could to warm the little ones back up. You take the wins and the losses and keep moving forward. Spent a day at the ranch helping family with fencing projects. Another day was junk cleanup and installing a Ghost Controls gate opener for Luree’s mom. Friday meant a trip to town to take Rebecca to school — and we squeezed in a run to the scrap yard while we were at it. Just another week balancing work, family, and ranch life.
