Multilingualism: A challenge Mother tongue becomes a hurdle in learning new language. Learners are habitual of using mother tongue. They, generally do not get opportunity to use new language outside the school. #Learning_styles Auditory learners: Prefers to receive ideas and information by hearing them. Visual learners: Prefers to receive information and ideas by seeing it. Kinesthetic learners: Tend to learn best via movement and touch or doing activity. LANGUAGE DIFFICULTIES Speaking:- pronunciation, hesitating speaking Reading:- slow reading, pronunciation problem, comprehension problem Writing:- Bad hand writing, spelling errors It may be because child is not getting opportunities or conducive environment where he/she can use learnt language freely. Solution:- Regular practice and habit formation ERRORS Children make mistakes while learning a language Their errors are indicative of their knowledge and not of their ignorance. A child’s errors help her in learning. Children should get opportunities to improve by recognizing their errors.
