最近有一個病人問 她將會接受切除子宮手術, 本身她是有腰痛, 好擔心如果切除子宮之後她要臥床休息, 擔心腰會再痛甚至擔心切除子宮後如果沒有運動腹肌又怕影響腰背痛. 所以今天我們就設計了幾個動作幫助病人切除子宮手術後,怎麼強壯腹肌, 另外也可以幫助腰痛. 這個復康運動我們設計有兩個階段, 第一階段就是當你切除子宮後十天就可以做這些動作, 第二階段就是切除子宮大概六星期之後就可以鍛鍊第二的階段. 運動之前最好詢問你們的專科醫生如果你們康復程度有改進的, 其實就可以開始. 請我們的Physical trainer安娜去教大家這些動作... Recently a patient asked me about undergoing a hysterectomy surgery.The patient has back pain and needed to bedrest after the surgery. She worried that may worsen her back pain. Also worried after hysterectomy surgery and without any exercises may also affect her back pain. Today we've designed a few exercises to help patients strengthen the core after a hysterectomy surgery and also to help alleviate their back pain. This recovery plan has two stages. The first stage is for the first 10 days after the surgery. The second stage is around 6 weeks after the surgery. Remember to consult your specialist doctor before doing these exercises. If your recovery progress is well you can start these exercises.
