They bring two different texture in your mouth at the same time. The creamy, smooth filling with a buttery, crumbly cookie crust, they are so perfect to combine together! Furthermore, the salted egg yolk flavor gives this snack an extra savory taste and it is just so damn good! :Recipe: Ingredient▼ ○Crust unsalted butter, 50 g coconut sugar, 20 g cake flour, 80 g salt, 1/4 tsp ○Filling cream cheese, 225 g powdered sugar, 50 g egg yolk, 4 ct corn starch, 10 g salted egg yolk, 3 ct michiu, 1 tsp :Instruction: ●Making Preparations 1. Brush the mini muffin pan with melted butter thoroughly. 2. Sprinkle some flour on the baking mold. ●Baking the Salted Egg Yolk ●Preheating the Oven to 300℉(150℃) 1. Place a baking paper on the baking pan and then place the salted egg yolks. 2. Brush some michiu on the surface of the salted egg yolks. 3. Bake for about 10 min until the egg yolks bubbling. ●Making the Crust 1. In a mixing bowl, add softened butter. 2. Beat the butter until the color becomes lighter. 3. Add coconut sugar and salt and then mix them well. 4. Put a sieve on the mixing bowl and add flour. 6. Sift the flour. 7. Mix them well with a spatula at first and then knead the mixture into a dough with your hand. 8. Place the cookie dough on a baking mat. 9. Divide the dough into 24 pieces of small dough and then roll the small dough into a ball. 10. Slightly press the small dough and put in the muffin pan. 11. Bake the crust for 10 min at 300℉(150℃). ●Making the Filling 1. In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese. 2. Beat it to a smooth texture. 3. Add powdered sugar and roughly mix them with a spatula. 4. Whisk the mixture more evenly with an electric mixer. 5. Add egg yolks and then mix them well. 6. Add corn starch and then mix them well. 7. Crush the baked egg yolks finely with a fork. 8. Add crushed egg yolk to the cream cheese batter. 9. Mix them well. ●Preheating the Oven to 350℉(180℃) 1. Take out the baked cookie crust. 2. Spoon the cream cheese batter into the mini muffin mold. 3. Take away the excess crust if the batter is not enough. 4. Bake the cheesecake bites for 25 min at 350℉(180℃). ◆ 25 min later ◆ Enjoy!
