This 2009 Tahoe Two-Mode Hybrid has been an awesome daily: rebuilt hybrid battery, fresh maintenance, 4,000+ miles, and it’ll touch 24 MPG if I drive it like a functioning adult. But every single time I start it: SERVICE POWER STEERING. Power steering works. The warning doesn’t. Scan tool shows no steering angle signal. Calibration fails. I replace the steering angle sensor (and learn that “8-pin” apparently doesn’t mean 8 pins)… and the message still won’t go away. So yeah — I’m officially asking for help: If you know these trucks, tell me what to check next. And because the shop gods demand balance, the Lexus ISF throws a misfire too — so we do real diagnosis (swap coils/plugs, verify results) and talk about counterfeit parts and why cheap online listings can absolutely ruin your week. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Questions?
