Hello fellow bakers, this is one of the best banana chocolate cake recipes that I have tried! Please try it yourself and let me know what you think about it 😀 ❤️ Cake batter: 300g Bananas (ripe) 200g Sugar 2 Eggs 125ml Vegetable oil 10ml Vanilla extract 190g All purpose flour 50g Cacao 5g Bakingpowder 5g Bakingsoda 5g Salt 240ml Water (hot) Chocolate ganache: 160g Dark chocolate chips 120ml Cream Process: -Mash your bananas. -Put into bowl. -Add sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. -Mix well, use a whisk. -Sift flour, cacao, bakingpowders and salt. -Add to mixture. -Mix well, use whisk and scrape sides (spatula). -Add hot water, mix until water has been fully absorbed. -Prepare cake tin, 23cm x 13cm and grease it with some oil. -Bake on 170C / 340F for 40-45 minutes. -Let cake cooldown. -Prepare ganache, add hot cream to the chocolate chips. -Let it rest for 3 minutes, than mix until smooth. -Put ganache into fridge while cake is cooling down. -Frost the cake.
