Generative AI’s transformation of knowledge work is happening at a scale comparable to that of industrial processes in the last century with robotic automation. But unlike the industrial revolution, this transformation is fast, inexpensive and bottoms-up as evidenced by the 200+M monthly active Chat-GPT users.
