Try this recipe and tell us your thoughts! 💬 #CookWithLove#SavorNest#beefnihari#niharirecipe#foodchannel#easycooking#pakistanifood Ingredients: ½ kg Bong Beef 3 medium Onions (sliced) 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste 2 cups Oil 1 tbsp Red Chili powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder 1 tbsp Salt (or to taste) 5 tbsp Flour (for slurry) 1 packet Shan Nihari Masala 1½ liters + 1 liter Water Garnish: Ginger (finely sliced) Green Chilies (sliced) Fresh Coriander Lemon slices Directions (English): Heat oil in a big pot and fry onions until golden brown. Add ginger, garlic paste, and beef. Mix well for a few minutes. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well. Pour 1½ liters of water, cover, and cook for 50–60 minutes (until meat is tender). Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add Nihari Masala and 1 more liter of water, cook for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix flour with water to make a slurry, add to the pot while stirring continuously. Cook until the gravy thickens. -Garnish with ginger, coriander, green chilies, and lemon slices. Serve hot with naan or kulcha. Directions (Roman Urdu): Ek bary patile mein tail garam karein aur piyaz golden brown hone tak fry karein. Ab isme adrak lehsan ka paste aur beef dal kar 2–3 minute bhon lein. Lal mirch powder, dhania powder, haldi aur namak dal kar achi tarah mix karein. Ab isme 1½ liter pani dalain aur 50–60 minute tak beef ko galne dein. Darmiyan mein chammach chalate rahein taki nihari neeche na lage. Jab beef gal jaye to nihari masala aur 1 liter aur pani dal kar 15 minute paka lein. Maida ko thoda pani mein ghol kar slurry banayein aur nihari mein dal kar continuously stir karein taki guthliyan na banein. -Nihari ko adrak, hara dhania, hari mirch aur lemon se garnish karein. Garam garam naan ya kulche ke sath serve karein.
