For Pan-Frying: Butter – as required Heat butter in a pan, add marinated chicken fillets, and fry until golden and fully cooked. For Stir-Fried Vegetables: Capsicum – 1 small (sliced) Carrot – 1 small (sliced) Cucumber – 1 small (sliced) Use the same pan to sauté vegetables for 2 minutes — just enough to keep them crunchy and flavorful. For Mashed Potatoes: Boiled potatoes – 2 large Cream – 2 tbsp Malai – 2 tbsp Mash the potatoes, then add cream and malai. Mix until smooth and creamy. For Steak Sauce: Butter – 2 tbsp Garlic paste – 1 tbsp Onion cubes – 2 tbsp Maida (flour) – 2 tbsp Milk – 2 cups Cream – 5 tbsp Salt – 1 tbsp Black pepper – 1 tbsp 🍳 Method: Melt butter in a pan, add onion cubes and garlic paste — sauté until fragrant. Add maida and mix well to form a roux. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add salt and black pepper.
