Cheesy chicken box patties with spicy flavor & juicy filling 🤤🧀 Perfect crispy snack for tea time & Ramadan evenings #chickenpatties #cheesybox #homemadefood #Savornest #cookingchannel 📝 Ingredients: For Chicken Filling ½ kg Boneless chicken (small cubes or shredded) 1 small Cabbage (finely chopped) 1 small Capsicum (finely chopped) ½ tbsp Salt ½ tbsp Black pepper 2 tbsp Chilli sauce 2 tbsp Soya sauce ½ tbsp Chicken powder Oil as required Cheese (as required – slices or grated) For Assembling Roll patti (as required) Maida + water paste (for sealing) 🍳 Directions: Step 1: Prepare the Filling Heat oil in a pan. Add boneless chicken and cook on medium flame until fully done and slightly golden. Now add salt, black pepper, chilli sauce, soya sauce, and chicken powder. Mix well and cook for 4–5 minutes until flavorful and juicy. Add finely chopped cabbage and capsicum. Cook for 3–4 minutes. (Keep vegetables slightly crunchy for better texture.) Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly. Step 2: Assemble the Cheesy Box Patties Cut roll patti into 2 equal parts. Place one piece on a flat surface. Add a layer of chicken mixture in the center. Add a layer of cheese on top for extra cheesiness 🧀 Fold into a square/box shape and seal all sides using maida water paste. Repeat with remaining mixture. Step 3: Fry the Patties Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy from both sides. Remove on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
