🍪 Healthy Makhana Almond Cookies | No Oven | No Maida | Eggless Crispy, nutty & guilt-free cookies made with makhana + almonds 💕 Perfect tea-time healthy treat for all ages! 📝 Ingredients Makhana – 2 cups Almonds – 1 cup Powdered Sugar – 6 tbsp (You can replace with jaggery or any sweetener of choice) Ghee – 2 tbsp Flaxseeds – 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds – 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds – 2 tbsp Milk – 10–11 tbsp(adjust as needed) Dried Rose Petals – 1 tbsp Cardamom – 15 pods Method 1️⃣Dry Roast Roast makhana on low flame until crispy. Dry roast almonds for 5 minutes until light brown. Roast flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds for 1 minute on low flame. Let everything cool completely. 2️⃣Grinding Grind makhana into a fine powder. Grind almonds with cardamom pods. Grind seeds coarsely or finely (as preferred). 3️⃣Mixing In a large bowl, combine: almond powder, makhana powder, seed mix & powdered sugar. Add rose petals and ghee. Mix well. 4️⃣Dough Preparation Add milk slowly, little by little, to form a soft dough. 5️⃣Shaping Cookies Make small balls, flatten slightly. Garnish with rose petals on top 🌸 6️⃣Baking (No Oven) Preheat a kadhai on low flame. Place butter paper inside and arrange cookies. Cover and bake on low flame for 20–25 minutes. 7️⃣Final Touch Switch off gas once light cracks appear on cookies. Let them cool completely before serving. 😋 Healthy Homemade Cookies Are Ready!
