Traditional Goan Fish Thali Recipe | Konkan Special🐟🍛🌴fish fry, fish curry and prawns fry 🦐 recipes at home Fish Curry Ingredients Halwa Fish pieces – 500 g Onion – 1, finely chopped Ginger-garlic – 1 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp and 5-7 red chillies Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Coriander seeds – 1 tsp grated coconut – 1 cup Tamarind pulp – 1 tbsp Oil – 2 tbsp Salt – to taste Method Add onion, grated coconut, red chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric, tamarind pulp in mixer jar to make fine paste. Add oil into pan add green chillies, garlic cloves and 4/5 trifala then add masala paste add little oil. Cook 4/5 minutes and add fish pieces and salt; cook 7–10 minutes until fish is done. Fried Fish Ingredients Fish slices Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Lemon juice – 1 tbsp Rice flour or semolina – for coating Salt – to taste Oil – for shallow fry Method Marinate fish with spices, salt, and lemon juice for 15 minutes. Coat lightly with rice flour/semolina. Shallow fry on medium heat until crisp and golden on both sides. Prawn Fry Recipe Ingredients Prawns – 250 g (cleaned & deveined) Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Red chilli powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste) Coriander powder – 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp Lemon juice – 1 tsp Salt – to taste Rice flour or semolina – 2 tbsp Oil – for shallow frying Method Wash and clean the prawns well. Drain completely. In a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Add prawns and mix well so they are evenly coated. Add rice flour or semolina and mix gently. Rest the marinated prawns for 10–15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Shallow fry the prawns till they turn golden and crisp, flipping once or twice
