Don’t forget to Like, Share & Subscribe for more easy festive recipes ❤️ 🥣 Holi Special Crispy Matar Recipe 📝 Ingredients: 2 cups Maida 2 tbsp Sooji (optional, extra crispiness) 1 tsp Ajwain ½ tsp Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp Kala Namak Salt as per taste 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds (Til) 3–4 tbsp Refined Oil (for Moyan) Water (as needed) Oil for frying 👩🍳 Method: 1️⃣ In a big bowl, add maida, sooji, ajwain, black pepper, kala namak, normal salt and til. Mix well. 2️⃣ Add refined oil (moyan) and mix with hands until it forms a crumbly texture. 3️⃣ Add water little by little and knead a tight dough.
