Their friend, also a motorcycle rider, set out to search for them and tracked their path to the outskirts of the city. However, upon encountering the kidnappers, the friend was met with gunfire and forced to retreat. Undeterred, the friend returned to the city and alerted other riders, mobilizing a search party of around 100 men. They rushed back to the forest, where they discovered a warehouse. Upon investigation, they found the lifeless bodies of several individuals, alongside 28 survivors. Tragically, the bodies of the three missing motorcycle riders were not among those found, fueling suspicions that they may have fallen victim to a ritualistic killing. The incident highlights the dangers faced by motorcycle riders in the region and the prevalence of kidnapping and ritual killings. The search party's bravery in rescuing 28 individuals is a testament to the community's resilience in the face of adversity.
