Frog pose (mandukasana in Sanskrit) provides a deep stretch for your hips, inner thighs, and groin. It feels especially good after a pose that targets the glutes, like pigeon pose. Frog pose can feel a little awkward and intense when you first try it, but if you breathe into it, and let gravity do the work, you will be surprised at how much your hips and groin can open.
