Number one, don't fall into the trap of having your ball toss too far behind. Ball toss still needs to be in front but to the left so that you can brush up and over. Once the ball toss is in front, make sure you get your body underneath the ball so that you can swing up and through the ball. One way to get underneath the ball easily is to push your left hip forward. This makes it easier to go up on the ball. After that, all you really want to focus on is your contact point. Your back leg has to be behind you. It's not enough for the back leg just to be up because it's easy for your body to rotate. body cannot rotate on the kicker we need to stay sideways if you want the ball to kick to your opponent's backhand.
