Please be aware, ingredients, temperature and humidity may affect proofing times of your dough. Ingredients List 720g Pizza Flour (Use Tipoffs or '00' flour) 450g Warm Water 22g Salt 14g Active Dry Yeast ( 30g if using fresh yeast) 15g Olive Oil This list will provide 6 - 200g dough balls, and should proof at a room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. If your room is colder, you may need to wait longer for the dough to proof properly. This recipe is ideal for a high temperature cooking environment, such as Ooni Pizza Ovens, Brick wood fired ovens and BBQs, Not recommended for home ovens, Happy cooking!
