Bacon wrapped Bbq Chicken Lollipops 1 pkg chicken legs Hot sauce House seasoning GSP Bourbon apple bbq seasoning BBQ sauce Butter Bacon Aluminum Foil Cut all away around the chicken leg and push the meat toward the leg meat where it looks like a lollipop. Sprinkle a little hot sauce over the legs. Sprinkle with the GSP Sprinkle bbq seasoning Then wrap with bacon, use toothpicks to secure bacon. Optional add some aluminum foil around the chicken leg bone to keep from burning, for cosmetic reasons. Smoke on grill for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Get a pan and coat with butter and add remaining stick of butter to the pan. After around 30 minutes add the chicken to a pan and raise the temperature of the smoker to 300 degrees. When internal temp of chicken gets to around 155 degrees. Pour some of the melted butter from the chicken pan and mix with your favorite bbq sauce and dip each chicken leg in the sauce and place on the grill grate and finish cooking until internal temp reaches around 170 degrees.
