Many times different salad dressings at the store, even if they’re organic, contain GMO soy, GMO corn oil, MSG, and sugar. It’s really best to make your own salad dressing.  This recipe for homemade Italian dressing can be used for salad and much more. It’s natural, it’s keto-friendly, it’s easy, and best of all it’s really delicious.  Homemade Italian Dressing 1 cup olive oil (or avocado) ¼ cup white vinegar 2 tbl red wine vinegar 1 tbl chopped garlic 2 tbl finely chopped onion 2 tbl finely chopped red bell pepper 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp oregano ¼ marjoram A pinch of red pepper flakes Add ground black pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake.
