SOUNDBITE (English) Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, Croatian President: "Indeed we had a very solemn ceremony yesterday at Yad Vashem, honouring the victims of the Shoah, of the Holocaust, all of them. But also I took the opportunity to emphasise how important it is for all of us to carry the message of peace and tolerance and to condemn all the totalitarian regimes. I used to live in one, I have also seen the face of war in Croatia, I know what it means to live in peace and security, so I wish you, the people and the state of Israel, peace and security from the bottom of my heart." 4. SOUNDBITE (English) Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, Croatian President: "I hope that we will be looking at the prospects of a reliable solution that will a be a lasting one soon in the future. Croatia supports a two-state solution but also peace and security for Israel, which you must have, and of course a state for the Palestinian people and good living conditions for them as well." 6. Wide of meeting STORYLINE Israeli President Reuven Rivlin received Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic at his residence in Jerusalem on Thursday morning. Rivlin said Israel was looking forward to strengthening its relationship and cooperation with Croatia. Grabar-Kitarovic wished the people of Israel peace and security and said her country supported a two-state solution in the region.
