How to Dehydrate Celery in a dehydrator I don't use much Celery, nor do I usually grow it. However when I want some for Winter Stews and Bone Broth, then I don't want to waste what is left in the bunch. Leaving it to wilt in the back of the fridge, until all good intentions of using it are futile, once again, is insanity and a waste of good food, it is also not necessary when it is so easy to dehydrate. It shrinks down so much it takes very little space and you will have Celery for future cooking projects which is saving money or if you grow it, garden space.
