I am Der Geher and I walk through St. Pauli. From the Altona pier (Fischmarkt), I first walk through the St. Pauli fish market and from there along Davidstraße to the Reeperbahn. At Beatles Square turn right onto Große Freiheit and through Seilerstraße back to the Reeperbahn at Spielbudenplatz. Then through the Old Elbe Park with the Bismarck Monument. Past the Museum of Hamburg History to the EisArena in the park Planten un Blomen. The Hamburger Mountain, after which the suburb used to be named, was cleared away to build the ramparts at the beginning of the 17th century.
