My fitness journey in my 50’s looks so different than it did just a few years ago. I’m more concerned with maintaining a strong core, mobility and flexibility as I age. One of the things I’m learning is how to listen to my body. In this video I’m working my way intuitively through a series of moves that I feel my body needs. I’m not forcing anything, just trying to do a short workout to get some movement in. The cool thing is that I intended to do just 5 minutes but once I got started I was able to do much more.
