Today Paul is showing you 3 perfect recipes to use it all up 😍 Left over Easter egg brittle 🐣 Ingredients: A selection of left over Easter eggs, cream eggs, mini eggs and anything Other left over sweets Method: 1) Melt some Easter egg pieces over a bain marie until smooth and silky 2) Pour onto a piece of grease proof paper 3) Sprinkle with all your left over bits and bobs and leave to cool. 4) Cut into pieces and share with your loved ones. Cream egg chocolate brownie 😍 Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate 110g butter 60g flour 40g cocoa powder 3 whole eggs 225g sugar 3 to 4 cream eggs 50g broken easter eggs 1tsp vanilla Method: 1) pre heat oven to 160oC fan/180 oven/gas mark 4 2) melt 125g chocolate with the butter over a Bain Marie 3) sabayon the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and creamy 4) fold in the chocolate and butter mix 5) add the flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt 6) fold in the rest of your chocolate and broken eggs 7) Pour into your lined tray 8) Top with halved cream eggs 9) bake for 22/25 mins 10) cool for 1 hour before you lift out and cut 11) store at room temperature Biscoff and Easter egg cheese cake 🤤 Ingredients: 5 biscoff biscuits 15g butter 1/2 left over Easter egg 125g mascarpone 125g double cream 50g biscoff spread 1tbsp honey 1tsp vanilla Biscoff biscuits Shaved chocolate Toasted hazelnuts Bits of broken Easter eggs Method: 1) blitz the biscuits to a crumb and add to melted butter. 2) place the crumb in the bottom of the easter egg 3) whisk the mascarpone, cream, vanilla and honey until soft peak 4) swirl in the biscoff 5) fill the Easter egg and top with all your favourite toppings.
