Welcome to the first class of our Feminine Flow series — I’m so happy you’re here with me. This whole collection was born from your requests for something softer, more sensual, more emotional, and more connected to the feminine side of the fascial maneuvers. So today, we begin gently… with presence, sensation, and the feeling of coming back home into your body. In this class, I guide you into a full-body awakening through touch, breath, intention, and soft movement. Instead of focusing on “performance” or “fixing,” we shift into embodiment, aliveness, and feeling — what it actually means to be in your body, without forcing anything. ✨ In this class, I guide you through: • Deep breathwork to tune into your safety and presence • Skin activation + full-body touch to awaken sensation • Arm, chest, leg, and ribcage flows to open circulation • Solar plexus + chest preparation for future heart-opening • Gentle hip, waist, and torso tension releases • Feminine, wave-like movements to connect to softness and emotion • Figure-eight rhythms and intuitive motion • Clavicle + upper-body opening to invite space, breath, and tenderness This flow is all about presence, not pressure — honoring your body exactly as she is today, feeling your curves, your breath, your sensations, and the emotions that want to move. Here in Bali (and later in Mexico, where more of this series was filmed), I was inspired by the feminine, nurturing energy of these places — the softness, the warmth, the sensuality, and the emotional honesty they bring out of us.
