Join my Facebook page!!   / httpsyoutube.comchannelucl4lpahr7pohmtk0zisn   Inquiries about Sponsoring, Product Testing, Affiliates and Partnering please contact me at YesterKitchen@gmail.com 1/4 Lb Bulk Pork Sausage 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion 1- 4 Oz Can Chopped Green Chilies 2 Cups Fritos or other Tortilla Chips 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded 4 Eggs Optional Toppings: Sour Cream, Sliced Olives, Salsa, Avocado, Cilantro, Chopped Tomatoes Cook sausage and onion until cooked through, add chilies and cook 1 more minute until warmed. Divide Fritos in 2 oven safe ramekins. Divide sausage mixture over each then top each with 1/4 cup cheese. Scramble eggs in same pan and divide between bowl and top with another 1/4 cup cheese.
