For the forehead, the band can be a little thinner, here this one is the thicker band. The band for forehead maybe less than half an inch in thickness, this one is more like half or three-fourth inch. For problems related to the tummy, it is best to perform this therapy in the morning around 6 to 7 am, after the daily bowel cleaning. If there is headache, fever, then on the forehead. If the temperature is much higher, then you may directly apply the mud without the band, by making it a little thinner with some more water, like on the floor a layer of mud is applied in rural villages, and repeat the same after 2-3 hours.
