As it is the infecting organisms increase in the rainy season and with the current pandemic, these invisible microorganisms they shall multiply more. They will gain strength. We always advised to drink luke warm water during the daytime. It helps to keep the entire inner tract, the throat warm. Till the time the posterior nasal and throat area remain warmer, the danger is less, if they cool down, then the risk is more. In the rainy season it will surely be cooler, if you are singing a song or are a teacher or are an orator and need to speak a lot, then one thing is that once it is evening time, wrap a scarf/muffler around your neck and head. Recently the other day, we were sitting in the lawn garden in the evening, the rains had started and it drizzled off and on. In our ashram, we boil all drinking water not only in the monsoon, but throughout the year and by adding the Jala Santulan mixture. Now this water has been specially prepared for me, maybe they have added gold and a bit of saffron, it has a little colour. But if it is boiled more, it becomes only more effective, there is no problem. Now the entire monsoon, regimen, we shall start from here. Droop or smoke therapy, changes the entire atmosphere, and the subtle particles of the smoke after the burning of the herbal mixture, spread all over and enter the body too, from any pores, there is no necessity to administer it. Being very tiny, like nano particles they enter through the nose, ears, eyes, through the skin, they enter from everywhere. What this does, like the soldiers in the army have a protective armour around them so that they are saved from stacks by the enemy, similarly this droop protects the individual body and the entire family, including children.
