The movie Music has had a lot of controversy surrounding it from the moment Sia released the teaser trailer back in November of 2020. The autistic community spoke out and Sia completely disregarded the concerns of the community that she was supposed to be supporting. In this video, I filmed myself watching the movie for the first time and my reaction. As an autistic woman, I understand the concerns that this movie raised but I needed to see it for myself before coming to any conclusions. Y'all... it was bad. The movie itself was filmed well, the music was good, the storyline wasn't terrible but the overall feel of the movie was pure ablism. I really hoped that this movie wasn't going to be as bad as everyone said but it was.
