Homemade Spaghetti Sauce | Prepping for the Tribe - The Papa's Kitchen

This is going up today while we're in the middle of Hurricane Ina. We are well here on the East Coast of Florida, but we're getting lots of rain and tornado activity around us. Thanks for keeping ALL the Florida folks in your thoughts and prayers. With the price of everything going up, up and up, I decided to at least fight back a little, by making my own batch of Spaghetti Sauce. This recipe is FULL of flavor and super easy to make. Make sure you use good ingredients (meat and tomatoes) and everything else will work wonderfully. This recipe (a PDF below that you can go to) makes 6 quarts and will freeze nicely for 3-4 months, although mine will all be gone by the time the OUR TRIBE gets here next week and then leave :) You will love having this sauce around - I keep one unfrozen in the fridge, for those meals you don't want to have to work at.
