In this video, I'll show you how to make homemade Kulcha from scratch along with a hearty Chole cooked with warming spices, paneer, and green peas. The kulchas are soft, fluffy and baked to perfection with an irresistible aroma, while the chole is slow-simmered with tomato, ginger-garlic, cumin, and Emami Mantra Chole Masala, creating a thick, bold gravy that pairs perfectly with the soft bread. If you’ve been craving a restaurant-style North Indian meal at home, this Kulcha chole recipe is wholesome, satisfying, and perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings. Watch till the end for tips on getting your kulchas soft and your chole perfectly balanced. Add cumin seeds and slit green chillies; let them splutter. Step 2: Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Step 3: Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Step 6: Fold in the cooked chickpeas, paneer, and green peas. Mix well and simmer briefly. Step 7: Garnish with some sliced onion, ginger and fresh coriander leaves.
