You can use a bloom stick if you don't have Pilates dowel/pole :) This is an advanced beginner to intermediate Pilates workout. The workout contains lots of spinal flexion and rotation. Please listen to your body, take it easy and find your own range of motion especially around your lower back :) IIt is ideal to go through the whole workout as it is a well organized flow.
