Premier Inn Penzance **too expensive?**

Date of stay: 12-13 May 2025 Cost:£144 (that's about EU 166.17 or US$193.17) In this video, I show you my stay in the Premier Inn Penzance Hotel information: https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/hote... It is literally opposite the station. I found the beds comfortable. Many emails were sent to me before my stay - some of which were trying to get more money out of me. The one I did pay attention to was trying to get me to go for a plus room when I arrive. If any were available, for the price I was offered in the email , I'd have paid for one however because the hotel was full and I arrived a bit later (18:17) , I was told that none were available . There were 6 coat hangers in the room. When I checked out, I did see that the hotel did have various items being sold to raise money for charity . I did see some magnets and I bought 2 for £5 but be aware that this is cash only. The hotel had nothing wrong with it but it was a bit of a cash cow. I'd normally try to find somewhere cheaper but my very tight schedule (tight enough that spending half an hour looking for a hotel I didn't recognise was out the question) so I very reluctantly paid the money .
