Another request successfully locked in! Today we're back with a cover of SRV's beautifully realised guitar instrumental entitled 'Riviera Paradise', played through Neural DSP's newly released John Mayer Archetype plugin. It's been very rewarding practicing this number although I wish I could get it to the standard of Mr Stevie Ray Vaughn himself - he truly is a phenomenon! Frankly I am addicted to this plugin... After playing around quite a bit with it, I have made small tweaks to the 'Default' setting and reached a point where I have a standard setting for my tone. For those out there who are experimenting with, or own, this plugin and you like the tonality I have achieved, drop a message in the comment section and I would be more than happy to share the preset with you.
