The R330 has two LGA1151 sockets, which means that the R330 accepts Intel Xeon E3-1200v5 or E3-1200v6 series processors. Intel Celeron G3900, Pentium G4500, Pentium G4600, and Core I3 6100 series processors are also supported. In the video specifically, we will focus on Intel Xeon E3-1200v5 and E3-1200 v6 processor. Below are some of the CPUs that we recommend for the R330 server. This list is not a complete list of supported processors, but it consists of a few great processors within the E3-1200 v5 and E3-1200 v6 series.
