Crushed berries, sugar syrup, lemon, and chilled Sprite come together in a beautifully styled glass with a rose-sugar swirl inside. Ingredients: For Sugar Decoration Inside the Glass: 2 tbsp sugar A few dried rose buds (crushed petals) A few mint or green leaves (finely chopped) For the Drink: 4–5 strawberries (roughly chopped) A handful of blueberries 2–3 tbsp sugar syrup (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp lemon juice Ice cubes (as needed) Chilled Sprite (enough to top up the glass) 1 rose bud (for garnish) 1 straw Method: Prepare the Decorative Sugar Mix: On a plate, mix sugar with crushed rose petals and finely chopped mint or green leaves. This will give a beautiful color and light floral aroma. Style the Glass (New Style): Take a long glass and gently sprinkle or spoon the sugar-rose mixture into the bottom and lightly up the inner sides of the glass. You can tilt and rotate the glass to let the mix stick naturally for a beautiful, scattered effect.
