After living in our new house for a short time, we decided to sell. We're 100% debt free again now that we have no mortgage. 14 months ago we did a brand new house tour of our first home. We were extremely excited not only to get into a place of our own, but also to get out of the environment we were living in prior. A lot has happened since then, and unfortunately some circumstances that were out of our control ultimately forced our hand into selling. It wasn't something we necessarily wanted to do, but we felt like it would be the best decision for us.
