The goal of this class is to calm your mind, if you suffer from anxiety a lot or are going through something that makes you anxious, this class is perfect for you. It is a super quick yoga class, it is only 5 minutes and that is really all you need to shift your energy. In these 5 minutes of yoga, breathing, stretching and going inward you will notice how you can shift your energy and I encourage you to come back to this class and the energy you have cultivated during the class whenever you start to feel anxious again. This class does not just focus on making you feel better right now but the things you learn in this class can help you on the long run as well.
