Another night, another episode of “Can I Get Carried in Fortnite Zero Build Squads?” featuring the all-star lineup: T-West, Austin Kills03, Kaylee… and me. Moral support. Emotional baggage. Inventory organizer. We drop in hot because apparently my squad enjoys stress. I land slightly off target (classic), spend the first two minutes looting like I’m preparing for a yard sale, and immediately announce, “I’m stacked!” while holding two gray weapons and six minis. Meanwhile, Kaylee is out here deleting real players like she’s clearing browser history. Calm comms. Perfect aim. Not missing a shot. T-West? Already on five elims before I’ve figured out which shotgun I’m holding. Austin’s playing the glue guy—constant pressure, great positioning, actually using cover (couldn’t be me). My contribution? I knocked one bot who was clearly reconsidering their life choices mid-fight. I celebrated like I just won FNCS. The team did not share my enthusiasm. Mid game rotations hit, and I’m doing my usual “slightly behind the team but pretending I meant to be there” move. We run into a real squad and I immediately get cracked because I forgot Zero Build means positioning matters. I shout, “ONE SHOT!” which roughly translates to “I hit them once for 32.” Kaylee slides in and absolutely fries two of them. T-West beams another out of the air like it’s target practice. Austin cleans up the last one while I’m in the background popping a medkit and offering moral support. Fast forward to end game. It’s chaos. Ten players left. Storm moving. Everyone sweating. I get caught rotating late (shocking), get focused, and I’m knocked before I can even finish saying, “I’m good.” Now it’s T-West and Kaylee holding it down. Kaylee plays it perfectly—angles, pressure, constant damage. She knocks one and weakens another before finally getting traded. Austin goes down in the scramble trying to secure high ground. And then… it’s T-West. 1v3. Calm. Silent. Locked in. He isolates the first guy with perfect positioning. Absolute laser. Down. Repositions instantly before the other two can react. Cracks one, slides into cover, reloads with the confidence of a man who’s done this a thousand times. Third-party timing is flawless. Second player drops. Now it’s a straight 1v1. Storm closing. Last circle. I’m spectating, offering elite-level commentary like, “You win these.” Final push. T-West baits the peek, hits a massive shotgun shot, swaps to the AR, and beams the last player for the clean squad wipe. Victory Royale. Kaylee and T-West combined for what felt like half the lobby. Austin was solid as always. And me? I had great vibes. I carried heals. And I successfully absorbed several bullets so the real players could shine. Another dominant squad win… powered by T-West’s clutch gene, Kaylee’s aim, Austin’s support… and my unwavering commitment to being slightly out of position at all times. #fortnite #fortnitezerobuilds #fortnitegameplay #zerobuilds #PS5 #PS5gameplays
