This training goes through basic scanning workflows with MyQ X. First there is the “Panel Scan” button, which offers the user native scanning options of the machine. This can, however, overwhelm them with tons of parameters to set and tweak. With MyQ Easy Scan, all the necessary values are already set and the user doesn’t need to adjust anything in most cases – only click on the button. The IT admin can get this function up & running in the MyQ Web interface. Only a few steps are needed, beginning with naming of the folder, defining the destination and parameters of the scanned files, and ending with confirming access rights for security. Based on the examples shown, you’ll see how effortless this one button makes scanning for users.
