25 Years at Island ECC

A look back on some amazing memories from the last 25 years at Island ECC. Our church has been on an incredible journey. In 1999, a dedicated group from Evangelical Community Church planted our church on Hong Kong Island, faithfully crossing the harbor from Tsim Sha Tsui. God provided many spaces for us to gather, with the Convention Centre as our main venue in those early days. In 2008, we moved to our current home at 633 Kings Road, and now it seems God's plan is to keep us on Kings Road as we prepare to relocate to the Sunbeam Theatre at 423 Kings Road. Throughout this journey, our focus has been on seeking God's Kingdom first, trusting that He will provide for our every need. And time and again, we have witnessed God's faithful provision and the answers to our prayers. To commemorate this 25-year story, we've put together a special video capturing the many eras, friendships, ministries, and miraculous moments we've experienced together as a church family. As we reflect on all that God has done, we are filled with gratitude and anticipation for the chapters yet to come.
